TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: August 25, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kingdom Strong app and any programs purchased through it, including Sculpt with Simona and the Kingdom Strong membership (together, the “Services”), operated by Simona, trading as SD Coaching. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. 1. Description of Service Kingdom Strong provides Christian faith-based fitness content, including workout videos, daily devotionals, progress tracking, and community features, delivered through the app. “Sculpt with Simona” is a one-time-purchase 28-day fitness challenge. “Kingdom Strong Membership” provides ongoing access to the full content library and community on a recurring basis. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase the Services. If you are between 16 and 18, you may only use free or informational parts of the app with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. 3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer The Services provide general fitness content and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about your ability to participate safely. You participate in all workouts and physical activity at your own risk. Kingdom Strong and Simona are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 4. Your Account You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised. 5. Purchases & Payment Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase (e.g. Sculpt with Simona is currently $49.99, one-time payment, in USD). Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment details. 6. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds Online purchases normally come with a 14-day right to change your mind. Because Sculpt with Simona and other digital content in the Services give you instant access as soon as you buy, that right ends as soon as you begin using the program — which you confirm and agree to at checkout. In short: once you've started your program, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our end (a technical issue, a duplicate charge), contact us and we'll make it right. 7. Kingdom Strong Membership (Recurring Billing) If you subscribe to Kingdom Strong Membership, it renews automatically each billing period, as shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings — you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, with no further charges after that. 8. Community & Prayer Wall Guidelines When using the community or prayer wall, you agree not to post content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, spammy, or unrelated to the purpose of the community. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, at our discretion. 9. Your Content You keep ownership of anything you post (e.g. prayer requests, comments). By posting, you give us permission to display it within the app to other members, for as long as your post remains up. 10. Our Content All workouts, videos, devotionals, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by Kingdom Strong / Simona and are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell this content. 11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services, or delete your account, at any time by contacting us. 12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Strong is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited (such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct). 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by applicable European Union consumer protection law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country of residence. 14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the app or by email.
