PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: August 25, 2026 Kingdom Strong (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by Simona, trading as SD Coaching. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Kingdom Strong app and the Sculpt with Simona program (together, the “Services”), why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. 1. Information We Collect When you create an account and use the Services, we collect: • Account information: your name, email address, and password. • Program information: your program start date, workout day progress, streaks, and completion status. • Purchase information: which product you purchased (e.g. Sculpt with Simona) and payment confirmation. We do not store your full card number — that is handled by our payment processor. • Content you post: messages, prayer requests, or comments you choose to share in the community or prayer wall. • Device and usage information: basic technical data such as app version and general usage patterns, to help us fix bugs and improve the app. 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: • Create and manage your account, and calculate your correct program day. • Deliver the workouts, devotionals, and content you've purchased or subscribed to. • Operate the community and prayer wall features. • Process payments and send purchase confirmations. • Respond to your support requests. • Improve and maintain the app. • Send you service-related communications (e.g. “your program starts today”). We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. 3. Our Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR) We rely on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): • Contract: to create your account and deliver the program you purchased. • Consent: for optional things like marketing emails or posting in the community. • Legitimate interest: to keep the app secure and improve it. • Legal obligation: where we're required to keep records, e.g. for tax purposes. 4. The Community & Prayer Wall Anything you post in the community or prayer wall is visible to other members of the Services. Please don't share sensitive personal information (medical details, financial information, etc.) in these public areas. You can request that we remove a post you've made at any time by contacting us. 5. How We Share Your Information We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the app — for example, our app hosting platform and our payment processor — solely so they can provide those services to us, and with authorities where required by law. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, we require appropriate safeguards to be in place. 6. How Long We Keep Your Information We keep your account and program information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return or as required for our records. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time (see Section 8). 7. Cookies & Similar Technologies The app may use small amounts of local storage on your device to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We don't currently use third-party advertising trackers. If that changes, we'll update this policy. 8. Your Rights Under GDPR You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”). • Restrict or object to certain processing. • Receive your data in a portable format. • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent. • Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account (see also the age requirement in our Terms of Service). 10. Data Security We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on our app platform's built-in security. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe. 11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
